1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Nextime’s appointment and scheduling apps ("Services"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree, do not use the Services.

2. Service Description

Nextime provides apps for professionals (e.g., barbers, beauty studios) to manage appointments and schedules.

3. Eligibility

• Users must be at least 13 years old.
• Professionals/businesses must comply with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Not misuse the Services (e.g., spam, fraud, reverse engineering).
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Comply with all laws (e.g., data protection, consumer rights).

5. Account Management

Deletion: Users may request account deletion via support@nextime.mk.

Termination: Nextime reserves the right to suspend/terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Nextime retains all rights to the app, code, trademarks, and content.

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data but grant Nextime a non-exclusive license to process it.

7. Third-Party Services

The app integrates with AWS, Firebase, and Unimatrix (see Privacy Policy for details).

We are not responsible for third-party terms or outages.

8. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free functionality.

Nextime is not liable for losses from appointment mismanagement or app downtime.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Nextime and its founders are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Issues arising from third-party services or user misconduct are not our responsibility.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia. Disputes will be resolved in Macedonian courts.

11. Changes to Terms

Updates will be communicated via in-app notifications. Continued use implies acceptance.
