Nextime (operated by the founders, pending formal registration in North Macedonia) provides appointment and scheduling apps for professionals like barbers and beauty studios. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using our services, you agree to it.

We collect the following data:

  • Personal Data: Names, emails, and phone numbers.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses (temporary logs), Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) tokens.
  • Usage Data: App analytics via Firebase.

We do not collect: Payment details, health data, or permanent device identifiers.

  • App Functionality: Account creation, appointment management, and notifications.
  • Security: Prevent spam and fraud.
  • Improvements: Analyze usage data for better performance.

  • Storage: AWS, Google Cloud, Firebase (strict access control).
  • Retention: Data kept unless deletion is requested.

  • AWS S3/SES: Data storage & email delivery.
  • Firebase: Analytics, crash reports, push notifications.
  • Unimatrix: SMS OTP delivery.

  • Request account deletion (processed within 30 days) or simply via our mobile app.

We use Firebase Analytics (non-identifiable data). No cookies in the mobile app.

Data is stored on AWS/Firebase servers worldwide with appropriate safeguards.

9. Children’s Privacy

Nextime is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes will be announced via in-app notifications. Continued use means acceptance.

Once Nextime is registered, this policy will be updated to reflect its legal status.
